We at Tobacco Habana are committed to our customers satisfaction.

  • Time Zones
    Our cigar shop is physically located in Houston, Texas. Our hours of operation are based on Central Time zones. If you are ordering from any other time zones and would like to take advantage of date sensitive specials, prices or offers, you must complete your transaction prior to midnight, Central Time in order to get the desired price. An order is officially "complete" after you have received a email confirmation of the order. Shipping cutoff times are also time sensitive to Central Time zones.

  • Shopping Cart
    This is where all the items you chose for purchase are held, until you Check Out. There is no obligation! You may add or subtract items, as you wish. If you leave items in your cart, and do not place an order, they will be automatically removed. Clicking on the "View Cart" button, from any page, will show you what is currently in your cart.

    You may remove unwanted items, from your shopping cart, by clicking on the "Delete" button, next to the item you would like to remove.

  • Payment Methods:
    We accept all major credit cards using paypal ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover ). For YOUR security, you MUST enter the CVV/CCV code when using a NEW credit card. The CVV (Card Validation/Verification Value) or CCV (Credit Card Validation/Verification) is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the signature panel on the reverse side of Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards and on the front of American Express cards. This code is used as an extra security measure to ensure that you have access and/or physical possession of the credit card itself.

  • Taxes
    For all orders shipped within the State of Texas, Tobacco habana is required BY LAW to collect Sales Tax on the TOTAL value of the order, which includes both the item(s) total and the shipping charges.

  • Our Guarantee to you
    Tobacco Habana has been faithfully serving customers for over 20 years. Your satisfaction is our goal; therefore we stand behind every product we sell. We select and taste many of the cigars that we sell. Dealing only the upmost quality of cigars. You may make a return for any reasons. Due to FDA regulations, products containing tobacco can not be returned unless damaged. Your return will be handled with courtesy and professionalism and the refund or replacement will be processed quickly.

  • Billing Address
    We require a billing address. The billing address is defined as the address at which you receive the billing statement for your credit card of choice. The billing address should not be confused with the ship-to address, which may be the same as your billing address. If you decide to change your credit card information, always make sure that the billing address for the new card corresponds to the address where you receive statements for that card.
